I am ready →How does the 1:1 mentorship work?
This mentorship journey is a minimum of 1 month, up to 3+ months, of a deep dive into the unique gifts that live within you & that you were already born with.
This is an exploration of who you truly are in your core being.
This is a journey of re-patterning the wounds you have received on your life's journey and turning those triggers into treasures.
One of the most important healings is healing the inner child. For the inner child to feel safe, to feel seen, to feel loved, to feel validated, to feel recognised & to feel whole is how your life starts to rapidly change. Remembering that you are a sovereign being, a child of the earth, tapped into the source of all life. When you are able to live from that space, you become an unlimited source of love, divine inspiration and infinite possibilities.
We live in a world where many of us are shut down as children and have been taught to hide away our magic — the natural gifts that we are here to offer in this beautiful life, which is what comes most naturally to us.
This mentorship is a deep, transformational container which assists you and empowers your unique essence to come alive.

2 × 90 minute private sessions with Júlía each week, plus embodiment practices, homework & unlimited access to Júlía via WhatsApp between mentorship calls.
Each session can be with or without ceremonial cacao — it is your choice.
Sessions take place via Zoom video call, or in person if you are located in Iceland.
